Delays in 835 Files

Some providers are experiencing weekly delays in receiving their 835 file(s). If you do not receive your weekly 835 file(s) by Friday, please contact your clearinghouse to determine if the 835 is stuck in their system. If not, please ask your clearinghouse to contact Blue Cross of Idaho to troubleshoot if necessary.

EDI BlueCard Claims Submissions

08/26/24 - Configuration has been corrected for BlueCard claims denying for “membership not found.” Please resubmit any BlueCard claims that originally denied for this reason.

Blue Cross of Idaho Provider ID Crosswalk - Use this crosswalk to reference your provider IDs in both processing systems. - Learn more

FEP claims submitted through Direct Claims Entry (DCE) tool are not viewable through claim status at this time. We are actively working to get this functionality working. This message will be removed when this functionality is available.
